Welcome to the Pet Star Photo Contest!
It’s time to celebrate the star of your family… your pet! Whether they’re a playful pup, a curious cat, a feathered friend, a rabbit, a horse, a reptile, or any beloved companion, we invite you to show them off while making a difference for animals in need.
The Pet Star Photo Contest is a fun way to honor the special bond we share with our pets while raising critical funds for Greater Palm Springs Animal Allies.
Every vote, photo entry, and donation helps transform lives through extraordinary animal care, rescue, rehabilitation, and advocacy. We operate the Palm Springs Animal Shelter, Desert Wildlife Center, and Desert Community Animal Center, providing lifesaving care for homeless pets, injured wildlife, and pet owners throughout the Coachella Valley. Through adoption, medical care, humane education, community outreach, and compassionate programs, we are creating a brighter future for animals and the people who love them.

It’s Easy to Participate!
Submit your favorite photo of your pet for a $25 entry fee.
Then, share your pet’s contest page with family, friends, coworkers, and fellow animal lovers, and encourage them to vote!
Each vote is $1, with a minimum purchase of five votes. Supporters may vote as often as they like.
Every vote supports Greater Palm Springs Animal Allies and our lifesaving work for animals in need.
The more votes your pet receives, the closer they get to becoming Pet Star 2027 and winning one of our amazing prizes!
