About Bear
Meet Bear, a 5 year old sweetie who is ready for a fresh start.
Bear came to us after his family moved and left him behind. Despite that big change, he continues to show us just how much he enjoys being with people. He meets new people well and builds close bonds with those he knows and trusts.
Bear walks nicely on leash and would make a great companion for someone who enjoys getting outside. He’s a good hiking candidate and is always happy to settle in with a natural chew afterward.
Bear will do best with someone who can give him consistency, patience, and time to settle into a new routine. He has lived with children and has done well with some dogs, though a dog to dog meet is recommended.
Bear is also a foster to adopt candidate, giving him the opportunity to settle into a home while everyone gets to know each other.
Bear has already had one big chapter of his life come to an unexpected end. We’d love to help him start the next one with someone ready to give this sweet guy a chance.
