Meet Lion!
Lion is a 2-year-old Dachshund mix who may be small in size, but he has plenty of personality packed into that little body. He enjoys meeting new people and builds close bonds with the people he knows—once you’re part of his circle, Lion is all about spending time with you.
He walks nicely on leash, rides well in the car, and is comfortable being picked up, making him a pretty easy little companion for everyday adventures.
Lion has enjoyed the company of other dogs at the shelter and may be happy sharing his home with a canine friend. Like with any new roommate, a meet-and-greet is a great way to make sure everyone’s personalities and play styles are a good fit.
Lion is also a Foster-to-Adopt candidate, giving you the opportunity to bring him home and see how he fits into your family before making things official.
