Greater Palm Springs Animal Allies is excited to offer our 2026 Animal Camp. This is a fun, educational, and interactive camp experience for 4th-6th graders throughout the Coachella Valley, taking place at the Palm Springs Animal Shelter.

Educational topics include:

• Summer safety for you and your pet
• Understanding dog and cat body language
• Dog bite prevention
• Animal anatomy
• The importance of butterflies and other insects
  And so much more!

There will be creative arts & crafts and time to socialize and make friends.
The week will culminate with a field trip to the Laster Ranch Animal Rescue in Morongo Valley. There, campers will see a local farm animal rescue in action. Campers will enjoy feeding goats, interacting with pigs, chatting with chickens and a picnic with outdoor games.

For students entering grades 4-6. Tuition is $300 per child*

*Scholarships are available for Palm Springs residents. A generous grant from the City of Palm Springs allows us to offer substantial scholarships to Palm Springs families currently receiving EBT/Snap/CalFresh benefits.

Please fill out the application, and we will do everything we can to support your child and ensure they can participate in Animal Camp as long as there is still space available.

Three sessions to choose from:

1. June 15-18

2. June 29-July 2

3. July 13-16

Sessions are from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM each day with drop off beginning at 8:30 AM.

Late pick-up is available until 5:30 PM for extra fee of $25/day ($10/day for scholarship).
